Mark visited the home the next day. A contract was provided in less than 24 hours. Everything was explained clearly to me including who I would hear from next. Ryan Dye contacted me and explained the process and the proposed timeline. Sarah helped me with the online payment process for the deposit. Ryan was in contact with me during the installation of the roof since an additional problem was encountered. He sent me pictures so that I would understand the problem. Within minutes I had a change order sent which I was able to sign electronically and the work could continue. Ryan sent pictures after the work was completed. I can not say enough good things about the way these folks conduct business. It was a stressful situation for me and Ryan's communication with me was more helpful than he could ever know.
